1. About our products

Our jewellery is handcrafted from terracotta clay and finished and painted by hand. Because every piece is made by hand, small differences in colour, shape, size and finish from the photos are natural and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

2. Product care

Terracotta is baked clay. Please keep pieces away from water, perfume and moisture, avoid dropping them, and store them in a dry box. Damage caused by improper use or care is not covered.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • An order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • For international orders and payments, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

4. Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect misuse. If a paid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Custom and made-to-order pieces

Customised or made-to-order pieces are made specially for you. They take extra time to make and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once work has started, except where the item arrives damaged.

6. Shipping

We ship within India. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or other events outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for parcels lost because of incorrect details.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity on your account. Please give us correct and up-to-date details.

9. Images and content

All photos, designs, text and logos on this website belong to Liana Creations. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
